Due camere da letto una casa di bagno. Ottimo per il fine settimana. Ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno È piccolo ma accogliente e confortevole. Solo doccia, niente vasca. Stufa, frigorifero, forno a microonde. Pozzo del fuoco con legna fornita nel cortile. TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD. Cavo di base tra cui canali locali e Wi-Fi.
Nel mezzo della città ed è un breve viaggio a qualsiasi evento o attività. Posto auto coperto per un massimo di due veicoli e parcheggio in strada. Situato nel cuore della città, vicino a scuole e ospedali. Un breve tragitto per il centro e tutte le attività in città. E a breve distanza in auto da Galena. Perfetto per una piccola famiglia per eventi, shopping, wine tour o un weekend di sci.
Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Caffettiera, microonde, piatti e pentole e padelle forniti.

My son and grandson were there for a field of dreams tournament... The house had everything they needed and just as described.. very clean and cozy... The host is amazing. Responding super fast when you have a question.. if we ever go back would definitely look into this property again

This house is cozy with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. It is nicely decorated and clean. It is in a great location and well stocked. Both beds are hard and uncomfortable. A pillow top is needed. The curtains in the bedrooms are white and sheer. Therefore its too bright in the mornings. Need darker curtains. The listing included a firepit and free wood, none of which were found on the property. The two small lamps in the living room do not provide enough light. A main light fixture in the ceiling is needed. Overall our stay was great.

There were several bugs crawling around, the trash containers outside were full when we arrived. There is a birds nest in the car port wood structure so there was bird poop all over my car in the morning. The lock box mechanism should be explained a bit better so that we know physical keys exist versus a electlll an electronic ley pad fpr entry. code.

We were in town to watch my son, a student at Loras, compete in the track meet at University of Iowa Dubuque. Perfect location, great house - we loved the colors and decor, super easy to find and our hosts were super responsive. Will stay again!

I was in town for a meeting at the University of Dubuque with my daughter and her grandfather. The house is adorable and was the perfect place for us during our visit to Dubuque. The home itself was very clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. The location was perfect for being able to get for the university quickly as well as to easily get downtown or to the Mines of Spain. My daughter loved being able to walk to the park. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a cute, quaint, clean home. Just the right amount of space for 4 adults. Perfect location, very close to UD. Everything was as it was described in the listing and the host was very responsive. I did not receive the email with the check in information and he responded within minutes when I sent a message asking for it.

Dubuque was the halfway point for us to meet for the weekend. The property is small, but charming and in a safe neighborhood. Great location for a home base. We would definitely book again. 👍

The house was the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed. Close to downtown, and only a 30 minute drive to field of dreams, which is why we came. Highly recommend this location
