This One-bedroom unit is furnished with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It features a fully-furnished kitchen, as well as one full bathroom. This unit shares a washer and dryer in the connecting hallway to unit 505B. Accommodates up to four guests and can be combined with unit 505B. This resort is ongoing renovations so some features such the indoor pool and club house may not be available. However, other features such as the new private connecting beach ramp to the beach have been completed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Duck

The condo was very dated but good amount of room. The cleaning job was just ok. The tv stand looked like it had never been dusted. We had to move the night stand in our room and it had never been vacuumed under as well. My husband and I along with our two kids (4+5) was give 2 wash clothes and 2 towels for the entire week. The dishes in the cabinet was dirty so I had to wash them again before I could use them. Thankfully we brought our own bedding because there wasn’t enough for all the beds. The floor in the kitchen was coming really bad. The lady I kept speaking to in the front office was incredibly terrible to deal with. We arrived early and ask if the room was ready she said no to come back at 4 which was no problem because we knew check in wasn’t until 4. We came back a few mins after 4 and she told us it would be another hour or so before we could check in. She was very hateful and rude every time I spoke with her. As far as the resort I have no complaints the pool and accommodation was very nice. They did tie dyed t shirts one night, snow cones, and a movie in the pool. My kids loved that! Also very nice they had a snack shake and bathroom near the beach and pool.
