“Zeer vriendelijk en voldoende personeel, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, verzorgd buitenbad.
Geen slagboom bij entree, iedereen kan zo het terrein oprijden, beschadigd schilderwerk, zeer warm in hotelkamer (er is geen airco) en restaurants voor grote groepen, doen massaal aan. Schoonmaak kamer alleen op verzoek, je kunt wel handdoeken wisselen bij de receptie.
Ligging in prachtige streek, je moet wel wat verder rijden (min. 30 min.) voor de bezienswaardigheden. Maar al met al een fijne vakantie...

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...
