“Our room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but small amount of seating. The only complaint I have about our room was the clicking the thermostat would make every time the AC kicked on or off. Great location to Great American Ballpark. Within walking distance of the Levee for food. Parking garage well-maintained and lit.”

“great location, bike and walking trails across street. The hotel seems to be well maintained. Only negative issues were the floor was not clean. I had to wipe up some condensation and then saw how dirty towel was and few minor stains on floor and tub. The lock of door would not ooen and I had to use card several times for door to open. Everything else about the room was nice. I would perfer to have at least 3 towels. Ty”

“I will give a thorough review. Front desk - super kind. Unfortunately, part of the reason we chose that property is the pool. It was closed all day. Next - Parking would have been plentiful if several worker trucks didn’t park laterally and take them all. Room quality was average. Note to those with feather allergies - they have feather pillows. We were able to ask the front desk for regular pillows since one of us does have that allergy. Super thankful for her! Bathroom cleanliness was 99%...
