Questa villa spaziosa e arredata con gusto con piscina si trova in un ambiente tranquillo e naturale con una splendida vista sulle isole e sul mare. La piscina è riscaldata La piscina è riscaldata nella stagione pre / post. Abbiamo anche una griglia all'aperto. Il parcheggio è all'interno della proprietà proprio accanto alla casa.
La moderna villa è stata costruita nel 2014 a Duce Rogac, in Dalmazia ed è ideale per soggiorni più lunghi e rilassanti. DuceRogac è situato in posizione centrale in Dalmazia ed è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per conoscere questa regione. Una visita alla città più vicina di Omis, che dista solo 2,5 km, offre contenuti e intrattenimento aggiuntivi per tutte le età. Visita la fortezza pirata di Omis, concediti un'avventura di rafting sul fiume Cetina, fai un'escursione in un ambiente mozzafiato, approfitta delle opportunità di arrampicata, fai immersioni, pesca la tua cena o rilassati sulle splendide spiagge sabbiose che abbelliscono la costa da Omis a Duce Rogac.
Consigliamo una gita di un giorno a Spalato, la più grande città della Dalmazia e allo stesso tempo una metropoli culturale con un meraviglioso centro storico, o Makarska con le spiagge più belle della Croazia e un paesaggio montano mozzafiato.

Fabulous stay. Spotless villa with everything you could need and fantastic coastal views. I was celebrating a milestone birthday together with my husband and our 3 boys and their partners and the living space is very generous with several different areas to sit and relax although most of our time was spent on the balcony just off the kitchen area which maximises on the views. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

A Must Stay!

Villa Parsella provided beautiful accommodations for our family vacation to Croatia. The villa was modern, clean, andspacious for the 10 of us. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach was just down the hill for more fun. The location was great - walking distance to food shopping, restaurants and bars and easy to get into Omiš and Split for the night. Best of all, Branka, Mario and their children were excellent hosts - very kind and helpful. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

A beautiful property in Omis - the views are incredible, the stylish villa is beautifully presented and furnished. The pool area is stunning. Mario and Branka couldn't be more helpful and as owners it shows how much they care - they are great super hosts and always responsible. Highly recommend. Lovely property in a very nice area

A really nice property with lots of space for 4 adults and 4 children. It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. The local restaurants were pleasant enough but not destinations of themselves.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und auch das Haus selbst. Alles ist in einen sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Das einzige was uns fehlte waren ein paar Handtuchhalter :o) Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir können also eine ausdrückliche Empfehlung aussprechen oder lieber nicht, sonst wird es zukünftig schwierig für uns zu buchen ;o)

A welcome break for two big families (total 4 adults 7 children)

The property is beautifully kept and equipped. The rooms are spacious and there are well maintained gardens and a lovely pool. The road up is short and steep (worth bearing in mind for those with mobility issues).However this means a secluded and elevated position with open country behind, wonderful views over the sea to the front and a welcome cooling breeze. Highly recommended for all.

Villa Parsella is a stunning villa. The views are incredible and the two little cats were very sweet. The location is great and the beach is perfect with access to several restaurants and a great selection of watersports. There is a small supermarket a 2 minute walk away and a larger supermarket which was a 5 minute drive. The supermarkets are very expensive though so you will need to budget for that. Omis is a wonderful town with beauty and a real buzz. We did the water rafting which was a brilliant afternoon. There are numerous companies who offer the rafting - we went with Croatia Rafting and they were great. The owners were always very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the Villa and the location. Thank you so much.

Just Wonderful!

What a beautiful villa with spectacular views! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept and we even made friends with a tortoise who readies in the garden. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and seating and the pool was very much needed during a heatwave. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this villas to anyone wishing to stay in the Omiš area, lots to do and see and the nearby beach was beautiful with lots of beach bars and some good restaurants - shokoo bar is a must for views and food! We would defiantly return to this villa!

We have just spent a wonderful week at Villa Parsella. It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance of shops, bars and the beach. You can walk into Omiš, or there are buses that run along the coastal road. The villa itself is very spacious, immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything you can think of. The views from the terrace are breathtaking! There’s loads to do in the local area - we walked to the Starigrad Fortress to see the sunset, went on the zip line, hired a boat for a day, went for a meal out in Omiš, paddle boarded and hired jet skis. Would recommend doing all of these!Communication with Branka and Mario was so easy - they were quick to answer questions throughout the booking process and their son Branimir was really helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the villa and we would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you!

Der „Check in“ und Check out erfolgte unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und ebenfalls unkompliziert. 100% Weiterempfehlung. 👍🏻😊

Wir haben wundervolle Tage im Ferienhaus Kiebitz verbracht. Das Haus ist in seiner Gestaltung erstaunlich gut durchdacht, ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Naturmaterialien und geschmackvollen, modernen Möbeln und hat für jede Wetterlage was zu bieten.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die topausgestattete Küche …alles da, was man braucht, inklusive scharfer (!!) Messer. Der absolute Hammer ist große Terrasse im 1. Stock, ideal für Kaffee und Sport am Morgen mit Blick aufs Wasser. Bequeme Betten, gute Abdunklungsgmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern. und absolute Ruhe in der Nacht sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.An einem Regennachmittag haben wir die Sauna mit Ausblick angeworfen…Super schnell warm und inklusive Abkühlung an der nahen kleinen Badestelle. Mit den zwei Allround-Ebikes haben wir das Naturparadies im Hinterland der Insel erkundet und waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Die Gastfamilie konnte uns schnell bei Fragen zum Einkaufen und mit guten Ausflugstips helfen. Aufgrund des guten Schnitts des Hauses kann man dort viel gemeinschaftliche Zeit, u.a. Auch in dem schönen Garten verbringen und sich aber auch mal gut zurückziehen. Supernette kleine Extras…ein Kräuterbeet, selbstgemachte Marmeladen und ein Blumenstrauß am ersten Tag. Wir kommen bald wieder zur Himbeerernte, um die Stand Up Paddles auszuprobieren. Eine echte Empfehlung. In so einem Haus möchte man sein, auch nach dem Urlaub.

Tolle Villa mit hervorragendem Blick aufs Meer

Super Ausblick aufs Meer, gute Ausstattung der Villa, etwas kleiner Pool, kurze sehr steile Strecke zum Meer, schöne Badebuchten mit Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Achtung Allergiker: 2Katzen gehören zur Villa, die zwar draußen bleiben sollen, aber täglich gefüttert werden müssen und sich sehr breit machen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Haus

Der Urlaub war durch und durch ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis. Die beiden Gastgeber - Branka und Mario - beantworteten vor Urlaubsantritt all unsere Fragen und erwarteten uns bei Ankunft, um uns Haus, Garten und Pool zu zeigen. Die beiden betreiben auch die Bar/das Restaurant Mr. Gigollo, bei dem wir ebenfalls gerne zu Gast waren und gut speisten. Dem Haus geht nichts ab: schöne große stilvoll eingerichtete Räume, zahlreiche Badezimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit riesen Fernseher mit Netflix und anderen Streaming-Angeboten. Voll klimatisiert. Große Küche mit riesen Kühlschrank. Pool war mehr als ausreichend groß für fünf Kinder, der Grillplatz reichte locker, um für insgesamt 10 Leute unserer Famile zu grillen. Der Strand ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, für die Kinder war die riesige Wasserhüfburg ein Magnet. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wirklich super. Branka war immer erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten, Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Für uns eine positive Überraschung waren die zwei Katzen und ein paar Schildkröten, die am Grundstück leben und sich immer wieder einmal blicken lassen haben. Die Lage zwischen Omiš und Split ist auch sehr praktisch, beide Städte sind mit dem Auto oder dem Bus (hält unten an der Straße) schnell erreichbar. Die Straße, die zum Haus hinauf führt, ist relativ steil, aber hat uns keine Probleme mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß bereitet. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Haus, sowie sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

We've had wonderful holidays here. Very nice villa and the owner responded immediately on all issues (repair of the air conditioner, garbage removal, etc. Close to the see (300 m). We highly recommend this villa to everyone

Eine wunderbare Villa

Die Villa liegt erhöht mit einem nicht zu übertreffenden Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Besitzer waren immer zu erreichen auch bei unserer durch mehrere Staus verursachten späten Ankunft. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen.

Fantastisk feriehus

Vi var to familier, 8 stk til sammen som leide huset en uke. Fantastisk fint hus med alle fasiliteter. Veldig hyggelige verter som tok imot oss den dagen vi kom. De var lett å få tak i og de gav oss den informasjonen vi behøvde for et fint opphold. Huset ligger veldig fint til og det er gode bussforbindelser både til Omis og Split. Det er også enkelt å gå inn til Omis sentrum. Litt bratt bakke ned til stranden men vi tok det som dagens trening. Vi hadde leiebil hele uka som vi parkerte i egen garasje som hører til huset. Kjempefint hus som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

The property was amazing! Beautiful views, spacious and clean. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners were really nice and always helpful when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful home, wonderful setting

We enjoyed our week very much — the house has amazing views and a cool modern feel. Was a great size for four couples. Be warned that the walk up from the road is very very steep. (Although that’s how you get those beautiful views.) On the outskirts of Omis, 10 min drive to the town proper.
