“Why I twice chose this property: 1. My husband loves to spend time in the courtyard. 2. It is close to our various destinations while we are in Raleigh. I don’t think I would stay here again, because: 1. The sound-proofing desperately needs some upgrading. I kept being awakened by unfamiliar sounds that I thought were in my room, but were actually coming from outside the room. I could hear voices in the adjoining room; I could hear a rhythmic hitting against wall supporting our bed headboards,...

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“Will you stay at this property multiple times and the staff is always on point very helpful. They are graded what they do. The facilities are also well kept and clean. Just wish they had a microwave...lol”

“Riscaldamento non funzionante in modo appropriato. Era preimpostato un limite alla temperatura massima della camera, decisamente troppo bassa per l'inverno. Risultato camera fredda per tutta la notte e soggiorno decisamente poco confortevole.”

“I was waaaay taller than the shower head (I’m 5’7) & conveniently, I could see exactly how unclean it was as well. The glass shower door didn’t shut all the way so it leaked in the floor, the water never got anywhere near hot (morning OR night), and the entire sliding bathroom door was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. And no… they did not have full size pillows. Check in was nice. For $200 and a $50 deposit, it’s NOT worth it...

“May not be top shelf hotel... During my week stay. Check in until check out, ALL of the staff were not only very nice; the front desk managers were above helpful and who I'm assuming is the GM(he worked day shift) was just flat out an awesome gentleman.”

“Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.”

“This place is misrepresented in the pictures and in the descriptions. The facility was rundown, and the room was beyond filthy and nearly unacceptable.”

“The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping only cleans the room every two days. Even though I specifically requested daily housekeeping, my room was not serviced as requested. The hotel is also a bit far from most attractions and restaurants, which made getting around less convenient.”
