“Il complesso edilizio ha 2 facce ,una obsoleta,ed un altra nuova, io ho soggiornato dove hotels.com mi dava disponibilita , la prima. Inoltre avevo una camera Deluxe,ma mi diedero una classic, ed avevo la colazione ,negata dal manager. La mia camera wra vecchia ma x me non e' un problema, il punto e' ,loro dicono ci sia l acqua calda, ma non è vero. Ho chiesto subito l intervento del manager che invia un tecnico alle 1040a.m., al mio ritirno alle 8.30 p.m. riscontro non c e acqua calda ,ed il...

“The staff doesn’t clean the area bedding sheets, I got a skin infection which comes from bacteria. They changed the pillow case once, Disgusting. They play loud music all night long and u can’t sleep most nights. I felt disgusting the entire night. The food was so-so. Whenever u ask for something like a desert they never have it. I don’t think they wash the towel so I never used it. Thank God I brought my own. ”
