“Comfortable hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The GM himself, the front desk, duty manager, restaurant servers, housekeeping were all welcoming and accommodating of all requests. I travel a lot, and all staff being well trained and cooperative is rare. Kudos. We were in pool view room that's spacious and has a large balcony. ”

“Good: Staff was friendly. Property is within walking distance to te main attraction and market/restaurants. BAD: Front of the property is a dumping ground for trash. Walkways to and from the property is not a pleasant one. Hot water for shower was an issue. No matter how hard you try as per the instructions you will get luke warm water for a few second then it turns to cold. Staff kept giving you lame excuses for that.
