“I left a pair of gold earrings at this hotel and reached out for help as soon as I realized it. Two weeks later, I still have no answer and no resolution. Losing a valuable item is frustrating enough, but the lack of follow-up and communication from the hotel has been even more disappointing.”

“Our tv had no remote. Luckily we discovered this before the front desk closed at 11. Went down, they said sorry there’s nothing they can do. Suggested universal remote app and said it would work cause tv and my phone are on same WiFi. This is incorrect, different WiFi’s. Couldn’t access or use tv and we were planning on watching several movies.”

“Clean room. Staff was welcoming to the property. Easy to get to. We did not use the pool or the hot tub - but they looked very nice. Our room overlooked the pool. Our friends stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was beautiful.”

“Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they remedied that quickly and our room was ready in 10 minutes.”

“Overall experience was good, generally not much to say- breakfast was fine, staff were helpful and friendly. A pretty unremarkable stay, which was everything I could really ask for in a weekend stay!”
