“Had a fly-in of our aircraft organization -- Thur-Mon. Had a dog so needed a dog-friendly place to stay. The cottage was in a perfect location -- halfway between Skyharbor Airport and downtown. Cozy cottage -- well-maintained. Clean. Everything we needed. Good time.”

“Despite the cool rainy day, we had a cozy little cabin to celebrate our anniversary. The hot tub was a nice too. Great for a glamping experience. The house is really close but inside the cabin you would never know it.”

“Stayed for two nights for my daughter's graduation. The event was at the DECC so the location was perfect! Across the street from beach. One mile from Canal Park. Pictures on web were accurate. Very clean. Very basic for kitchen pantry items. Salt, pepper, sugar and a couple pouches of coffee. Spacious for three people. Park temporary in front of house to unload/load. The back entry was a bit to navigate especially in a downpour. Comfortable living and enjoyed our stay!”

“A large group of my family and friends stayed here to celebrate my graduation. It was the perfect location for a relaxing celebration. My nephews enjoyed swimming in the water and taking the paddle boat for a ride. The adult enjoyed grilling and spending time around the fire pit. I couldn’t recommend it more!”

“It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. ”

The house was perfectly located for us to get to the show and well as comfortably lodge us for the weekend. I highly recommend this property for any event you may be attending from outside the Duluth area.”
