Beachside Basement Apartment

  • Come stay in our cozy beachside basement apartment! We're located in a quiet stretch of the Park Point neighborhood and only a mile away from Canal Park.

    The space includes private access to the entire basement of our bungalow. We designed the basement as if it were our own living space and we hope you can enjoy all the features to its fullest. In the living room you'll find a record and cassette player, as well as a TV signed in to Netflix. You'll also find games and reading material around the apartment. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, and cooking/eating utensils. In the bathroom you are free to use the whirlpool tub. Outside you are free to use the firepit area and beach access.At this time, the outdoor hot tub is not open for guests. Thank you for understanding!

Very nice, well done basement apartment. The just did a great job creating a comfortable environment for traveling guest. Communication was easy and timely.

Absolutely amazing little getaway place

Truly a wonderful experience. The hosts were very kind and answered any/all communication. It was smooth in and out. Absolutely fantastic!

The Perfect Spot

This is the perfect spot in the perfect location. The rental is clean and spacious, with many thoughtful personalized touches and amenities. The beach is conveniently located just behind the house on the other side of a small sand dune, and it's a short convenient drive to downtown Duluth.

Hosts were great and quick to respond and provided great recommendations! The place was cozy and extremely clean but did not feel sterile. It was bigger than I expected, with a large bedroom, bathroom and living room. Kitchen was smaller but had all the basics and thoughtful touches. The path to the beach and being able to go to the beach without driving anywhere was a huge bonus! Highly recommend getting up to watch the sun rise over Lake Superior!

Wonderful apartment.

Apartment was clean, wonderfully decorated and great location. We loved the spa tub. We used it every night. We thought the decor, the furniture and memorabilia were fun. The neighborhood was great. We walked to canal park. We walked along the beach.
