Home was as described; fantastic view of Bentlyville from the porch. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. We appreciated the extra plates! Rooms stayed warm which is always a concern in an older home. Hot showers and enough furniture for comfortable lounging!

We had a wonderful stay and we’re so happy with the location and amenities in the home. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We appreciated the blinds. The view of the lake was magnificent and large closet space. Was so happy to find a fan because believe it or not, it was warm in Duluth in October.

The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. We had more than enough space. We had a multigenerational family of 7. Plenty of room for everybody to sit and chat and play games. Lots of stairs from drive to front door. Grandma appreciated the privacy of bedroom off the kitchen and family room. The views of Lake Superior were fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

Property had great views of the city and lake. The off-street parking was convenient. The front steps were steep and were a bit slippery when wet. Kitchen was well-stocked. Two suggestions: the dining room needs a big table with enough chairs to seat guests. We ended up eating in the living room. The bathrooms need hooks for towels.

Enjoyed the house, enough room to spread out. Loved the view of the lift bridge and harbor.Not a big deal, but would have liked more seating at the dining table and a bath mat in the upper bathroom. Could not open windows for a cool breeze in the bedroom with the twin beds.

We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this property again. The location and view of the lake were great. Close to Canal Park and other attractions we visited. Beds were comfortable and towels were so soft. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a few quick meals.Communication was great and instructions were clear.

The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. Also, more bath towels would be nice. Other than this, it was a wonderful location and clean. 5 stars.

Great location, property manager communication lacking

Location of this property is great, very easy to get to Canal Park and Bayfront. The property had enough space inside and outside for people and vehicles. The floor plan is a little separated but the living room is large enough for everyone to hang out in. Only real complaint is that the host has not been responsive at all about an item we left at the house. Still hoping to hear back.

Great place to stay for Grandma's!

We stayed here for Grandma's Marathon Weekend. It was nice and close. Definitely walkable to catch buses, but because of the early start, we chose to drive. Nice and clean and beautiful view of Lake Superior!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming home. It was perfect for our family of 9 (six adults and three children) giving us space to play games in the living room and a well appointed kitchen for making scrumptious breakfasts! We enjoyed watching ships going in and out of the harbor right from the house. Close to Canal Park and the downtown area making it a perfect location for exploring Duluth.

Cute, rustic house with a beautiful view.

Everything was really good with our stay, the house was very clean and the neighbors we met were really friendly, but we had a few issues using things at the house that we asked for assistance with and we just didn't receive any or very little communication back. I would recommend this place, but would be leary about communication with the owners.

Beautiful view a great location

Our youth group was attending an event at the DECC. This home was a great location and a short drive away. One of our youth leaders was so impressed that he may book the home for a vacation with is family.
