“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & all was excellent but balcony doors jammed leaving small gap with guest having to get back in lounge through window . Contacted help which meant young man arrived promptly & managed to close door but this prevented the use of the balcony during our stay. Single bed duvet rather thick & heavy, otherwise all good.”

“Heating on the top floor wasn't working leaving the bedrooms unusable. We phoned the owner who got the maintenance guy to come out on Christmas Eve but he couldn't fix the problem. I have complained to the owner and asked for recompense but to date he hasn't replied. ”
