Il personale attento e competente agevola il check-in e il check out, il servizio al ristorante di buona qualità in linea con gli standard Filippini propone piatti tipici cucinati al momento,per questo è richiesto un minimo di attesa. Si può usufruire di un servizio di noleggio scooter, con un prezzo un po’ sopra la media ( 600 php 24 ore) comunque necessario perché un po’ fuori mano. “Knowing the room is facing the sun and oceanfront they might considering putting an AC because it is super hot, it’s like you’re in an oven. Good for people who wakes up at 5am and leave. ”

“There is NO airport shuttle at this resort. You're on your own getting there from Dumaguete. Fortunately, it is only a two minute walk from the fast craft port to the hotel. Also, they do not accept credit cards at this hotel. Cash only. Important to know, as there are not many restaurants nearby, other than the one on the property. Enjoyed the stay and open air dining. Nice staff. There is even a scooter rental place nearby.”

“It was a practical place to rest overnight to book for the whale shark adventure. Good value for the money, you’ll have an airconditioned room with fan, hot and cold shower, toiletries, clean sheets, towels and a comfortable mattress to sleep in. They have a 24 hour front desk and convenience store. Guest can have a free tour guide if you book for the whale watching activity which is just 2 mins walk.”
