“A few issues with the room number 006, they have multiple pads on the wall and near the beds for switching off lights etc maybe could have been doing with an explanation of some of the functions, 1 of the lights wouldn't switch off and had to get a staff member to come and see it, the solution was to switch all lights off at the fuse box in the room and switch it back on in the morning, 1 of the lights in the bathroom was flickering and the shower has 3 settings bath, overhead and a shower pole...

I asked about check-out time and was told it is strictly 11:00 AM, and even being 5 minutes late would result in a £20 charge.
