“The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. ”

“Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.”

“While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”

“I really enjoyed my 4 day stay her . The only 2 things I didnt like was the pool area was so hot and muggy and the key card didnt work for some of the doors. But it did work great for my room. They were waiting on parts to fix the problem with the doors .”
