Beautiful home, located on the12th Green at the Duncan Golf Club. Access to this private club, with golf, dining, swimming, tennis. This layout will allow for comfortable accommodations for 10 people. Located close to Haliburton The home is 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, all have Smart TV's, an open entertainment area 70” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and many more) with 2 Futons that sleeps 2 and a Coleman auto inflatable Queen Mattress that sleeps 2 additional guests if needed. A large back yard for entertaining, with grill, and plenty of room for activities. Central Heating and AC with a Nest Thermostat. Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. A ring doorbell camera, patio camera, and a side yard camera.

This rental was amazing due to the size of the entire house especially living room with furnishings. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but we had enough seating for a large group! The back yard was fenced and room enough for the dogs to get their zoomies on! Rooms were comfortable and nice. We will definitely rent this again.

As usual when I come to Duncan and stay here - awesome! We were very comfortable and had room for family and friends to come and visit The price is great and the response to any issue is very quick. We love staying here!

This location was perfect for our visit to Duncan. We loved the spaciousness and a bonus was having a recliner for an older member of our family to sleep in.

Our Go-to when we go to Duncan!

This is our favorite house to rent when we go visit family and friends in the Duncan area! It’s so spacious and well cared for!

12th Green Duncan Golf & Tennis Club

We have stayed their 3 years in a row and absolutely Love it. Place was perfect and located next to the golf course where we were playing in the Memorial Day Golf tournament. I recommend to all!

The property was nice and spacious. However there was a hot tub listed in the description and there is not one. The bathroom has a tub and you can put hot water in it but it wasn't a spa tub.

The property was dirty. We had to clean most areas before we could use them. The ceiling fans look like they have not been cleaned in a year. The refrigerator looked like it was wiped down with a dirty bathroom rag. There are several stains on the carpets. Dishes had food still stuck to it from prior use. There was cleaning sponge there that was gross so we had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies before we could even use the place. Did I mention that we had to wash everything before we could use it. The large burner on the stove does not work so cooking anything was a pain having to use the smaller burners. Also we washed one of the blankets and the washer did not spin the water out so I had to wring the blanket out in the tub before we could put it in the dryer. Good thing that we brought our own towels because the "white" towels were dingy grey/brown and we would not use them. When I took the trash out I exited the back/side door and when I returned I found that the door was caked with dirt and spider webs. So like the ceiling fans... not cleaned in a very long time. The only things that were acceptable was that the beds and couches seemed clean. It was an unpleasant experience overall and we will not be retuning and will advise others not to rent this place.

Winter getaway for family of seven

My wife and I have five boys (ages 1-8) and this was a great place to get a month away from the Dakota winter! We did have to do some initial child-proofing (hiding cords, adjusting window blinds, locking backyard gates, etc.) but that's to be expected at any place when you have kids our age. A couple of issues did come up during our stay but Daniel was on top of it and took care of them right away! It's a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic since it's at the far end of a dead end street. Neighbors were very friendly!
