As I was checking in there was another reservation that could not be honoured due to the guests not having any of the proper credentials to check in. The front desk staff was beyond professional even though they were dealing with extremely upset ppl. They maintained empathy and professionalism 100% and I feel they need this review as I assume there will be something negative coming their way! I do feel bad for the guests that left angry but they...

“What an amazing stay! From the moment you arrive in cowichan bay to when you open your curtains to see the beautiful bay, your stay at cowichan bay suites will feel like you've teleported to a small fishing town filled with wild life and friendly people. The hotel is beautiful, cozy rooms with full kitchens. The hot tub and pool are a nice feature for after a day on the beach just steps from your patio doors. I will be making this a yearly get away!”

“We had a great stay at Robin Hood Inn & Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short trip to Victoria. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and the main attractions. The parking was also helpful and made our stay easier. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would recommend this place to other travellers.”
