Splendidamente ristrutturato casale del 1840 sulla strada del vino Lago Keuka.

Bella casa di campagna sulla strada del vino Keuka. La casa si trova in alto sopra il lato est del lago Keuka. Questa è una casa colonica completamente ristrutturata del 1840 che vanta una bella cucina con ripiani in granito aperto su una grande sala grande con soffitti con travi a vista. Un secondo soggiorno è nella parte anteriore della casa. Sempre al primo piano si trova una camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king size e salotto annesso con camino in pietra. Un bagno completo è allegato.
Il piano superiore è composto da tre camere da letto, 2 con letti matrimoniali e una con 3 letti singoli. Bagno completo con doccia e vasca idromassaggio.
È possibile rilassarsi e grigliare fuori dalla cucina sul bellissimo patio finitrice o visitare alcune delle cantine e fabbriche di birra nelle vicinanze.
Siamo a 15 minuti a piedi da Penn Yan e Hammondsport. Circa 20 minuti a Watkins Glen. A pochi passi da McGregor Vineyard e giù per la collina c'è Keg and Barrel Brewing e la Svizzera Inn. Disponibile anche il varo pubblico!

Great Property

We all loved this property. The house was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen, dining room and living room area was beautiful and large. There was room for all of us to sit at the table together. The bedrooms were all comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach, responded quickly and very nice. I would recommend this property.

Family Time

This house is set up perfectly to enjoy some leisure family time. All age groups completely enjoyed their stay. The house is always clean and the host goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. We will be back next year.

lovely home

My family of 4 (adults) stayed here in August. The house is really neat - part original farmhouse, part newer addition. The house was clean and had a ton of space for the 4 of us. The house is secluded, but close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with the owner was great - she was very fast to respond to all of my questions. The only downside was the corner shower in the downstairs bathroom - the shower head was too high. Other than that, the house is really nice and as described. I would recommend it!

Absolutely Perfect!

I cannot tell you how wonderful our stay here was! Us and our wedding party stayed here. It was perfect for the wonderful late night memories. Gathering for breakfast. All while feeling like we each had our own space. The bathtub upstairs is absolutely to die for! And Mary Ellen is an excellent and very responsive host. I never had to wait more than one minute before she responded. We hope to stay here again in the future. Maybe on an anniversary :-)

Perfect location

This property was in a very secluded area with lots of yard space. Front porch and back patio area was super nice. Walking distance to McGregor’s winery. We had a great stay with 8 of us enjoying friendship, wineries, games and good food.

Fantastic house for a group

The house was the perfect size and in the best location for our wine tour weekend with 8 people. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Mary Ellen was a fantastic host and made it very easy to communicate with her. We hope to plan another getaway sometime soon!

Outstanding Stay!

Had an amazing stay at this property. Had 8 family members (no kids) which fit comfortably with beds to spare. Very remote location without being too far to Watkins Glenn and Penn Yan where we had the majority of our activities. House was spotless, with more than enough cooking equipment, and the check in/out process was very easy. Loved it and would recommend to others.
