The Estuary Apartment is a newly refurbished property in Broughty Ferry. Cornering Brook Street & Castle Street you find yourself right next to Broughty Ferry beach for a truly scenic stay.

Make yourself at home inside this very cosy, very comfortable holiday home and truly relax in a property that has been designed around you.

The Estuary Apartment is a newly refurbished property in Broughty Ferry. Cornering Brook Street & Castle Street you find yourself right next to Broughty Ferry beach for a truly scenic stay. Make yourself at home inside this very cosy, very comfortable holiday let and truly relax in a property that has been designed around you. Spend the day visiting 'The Ferry' landmarks; an ice cream from visocchi's, a drink at the Fort or take a rummage in the charity shops. There is something for everyone when staying at The Estuary Apartment.

Complimentary parking is available on both Brook Street & Castle street or you can utilise the free parking by the beach (only 2 minutes walk away).

We offer a self check-in service where you collect your keys from a secure lock box. Check-in instructions including lock box code are emailed on the day of your arrival. If you would like them a little earlier due to travelling then just let us know.

A sentimental journey
We visited Broughty Ferry as I still have family there. I was born and brought up in Dundee and latterly my parents moved to Broughty Ferry to live. As we now live in the Midlands it is very difficult for us to visit very often but we had a most enjoyable stay at the Estuary Apartment. And would definitely book it again if and when we visit Broughty Ferry
