A second-floor living room offers additional space for movie nights, games, or a quiet place to unwind.

The home's sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged to suit families and larger groups. The entry level features a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds, along with two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a passage bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a full futon in the second-floor living room. Two additional full bathrooms with walk-in showers provide added convenience for larger groups.

Outside, the expansive deck overlooking Keuka Lake is the perfect place to start your morning with coffee, enjoy meals in the fresh air, or relax with a glass of local Finger Lakes wine as the sun sets over the water. Head down to the private dock to spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the crystal-clear waters of Keuka Lake. Occupancy: Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
