“Very loud because put us in room by hwy 1 and another guest above us that was walking loud till late at night and there was plenty of empty rooms that they didn’t need to do that and we were therefore for a week the pictures of property wasn’t anything like the property pictures were way way nicer..The housecleaners were very nice but guest service not very friendly but I continental breakfast was good had good choices ”

“The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is VERY convenient to downtown Half Moon Bay - right in the middle of some stores. Great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet while we were there but I don't know about weekend noise. There is no staff on the premises but they did response to our phone calls to resolve a few minor problems. We paid for parking which was nice for coming and going. ”

“If you enjoy a relaxing atmosphere this a great place to stay. The rooms are good size and have gas fireplaces. It's located a short distance from numerous restaurants and has a number of areas for walking up on the bluff above the ocean. The staff at this boutique B&B are so nice it makes you want to come back. We've stayed at the Seal Cove Inn numerous times and any time we travel to Half Moon Bay this is our destination. We highly recommend this establishment.”

“The rooms were fairly quiet, mostly clean, and spacious. The water wasn't hot for long in the shower, but it gets the job done. The mini fridge smelled like old salsa, but it also did its job. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Check in was easy. Check out was through a screen but with a helpful person on the other side. We missed out on breakfast, but our friends went... they ended up feeling really sick afterwards. The location is great, nice and quiet. I would be willing to come back.”

“Virtually no ocean view except from the front lobby, and that was obstructed. Sits right on a very busy highway. Very limited parking in the front with difficult in/out access. Staff communication, limited and uninformed. Lots of stairs to navigate even getting in the lobby and all rooms. Nearby properties are less than desirable environment. Spacious, clean room, but amenities more of a motel category. A number of lightbulbs out in the room, bed frame broken and pops loudly, and very large...
