The Isle Casino hotel was lovely, and I will definitely stay again when in the area. The problem was Hotels.com took my points, took my money from credit card, then didn't communicate the reservation to the hotel. And there was no one to call to get it straightened out. Our room looked as though it was not cleaned. I had to ask for all new bedding due to ours being dirty when checking in. There were toenails all over the floor and it was dirty. I really don’t think our room was cleaned before check in. Very disappointed due to the price I spent.
