Hotel a Dunkirk

“Room was clean. That is the reason we don’t leave. Lobby smelled horrible upon arrival, still bad when left but not quite as bad. Ceiling of bathroom looks ready to fall in (the vent fan was bent almost 30 degrees signally a rather significant issue). Room outdated and low water pressure but I expected this. I won’t be back. ”

“We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. There was only one other guest in the Inn so it was definitely...

“There are 2 properties, a motel and a hotel. This is NOT clear when you are making a reservation thru Expedia. The motel is older. The beds are super low. The shower is small. You have to drive to the hotel to eat breakfast and check in/out. The breakfast was good with hot items. The pool was closed which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Very disappointing.”

“The elevator was very scary and sounded like it could break at any moment. The shower was pealing and rusted. I also found a bug in the bed in the morning. ”

“Room was outdated, rug needed a good shampooing , comforter needed a replacement, took a shower with lukewarm water. , and the breakfast was a joke, poor coffee and a banana, what the hell, just a bit ridiculous!!! ”

“My hope from any hotel is a good night’s sleep and a hot shower to start the next day, both were miss. The shower was kid friendly “wash your hands”temperature, so no wasting time in there. The room is safely monitored by the smoke alarm which announced its working order every 6 seconds by washing the whole room in a green LED glow. It felt like sleeping next to a lighthouse every time my eyes wandered away from the smothering pillow over my face. I realize that the alarm is likely Muncie Fire...

“Delicious breakfast and parking was good. The ONLY problem we experience was with fellow guests. We were unable to sleep until after midnight given all the noise above our suite. We informed the front desk of our evening. ”

“The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary.”
