I believe all rooms booked through Hotels.com are first floor only. Staff was excellent. We needed to change room because we had a very squeaky bed. This was my first time staying in a Drury Inn and Suites. I was very pleased with everything offered. The breakfast was delicious and the eating area was very clean and inviting. I do recommend this hotel.
