**The house is surrounded by woods. By renting our home, you acknowledge you are booking a home in "nature" and there may be a bug or two seen inside. There will be no refunds, either partial or full due to a bug in the house. Orkin services our home, inside and out monthly. Please be sure to not leave doors open to avoid them entering. If there happens to be something out of the norm, please let us know asap so we can address the issue.

**Folks checking in with dogs need to be aware, if they have a small dog (~<25lbs), they need to be watched and monitored when outdoors. Again, we are in an area where hawks and owls live naturally. We are animal lovers and want the safety for both our guests pets and those who live naturally around us!
