  • Un'ottima base quasi sulla riva del lago, dove una famiglia può passeggiare, pescare, andare in canoa semplicemente rilassandosi e ammirando il panorama. Piano terra:
    La proprietà è tutto al piano terra:
    Soggiorno: con pavimento in legno, stufa a legna, TV Freesat da 42 ", lettore DVD e vista sul lago.
    Cucina: con pavimento in legno, forno elettrico, piano cottura a gas, microonde, frigo / congelatore e lavatrice / asciugatrice.
    Camera da letto 1: con letto matrimoniale.
    Camera 2: con letto a castello e letto singolo estraibile (per bambino).
    Bagno: con vasca, doccia e WC. Riscaldamento elettrico centralizzato, elettricità, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e banda larga inclusi. Fornito il combustibile iniziale per la stufa a legna, il resto è disponibile a £ 5 per cesta. Seggiolone disponibile .. Giardino con area salotto e mobili. Parcheggio (3 auto). Vietato fumare. NB: Sea Loch 25 yard .. Questo cottage ristrutturato con gusto si trova a pochi passi da Loch Long e vanta una vista mozzafiato sull'acqua aperta. Situato all'interno del Parco Nazionale di Loch Lomond e Trossachs, The Heron, precedentemente le sale da tè del villaggio, si trova nella frazione di Ardentinny, vicino a Dunoon. È situato vicino alla foresta di Argyll, che offre numerose piste forestali, sentieri segnalati e piste ciclabili, tutte facilmente accessibili dalla porta di casa. Il cottage è a soli 25 metri dalla riva dove è possibile passeggiare, pescare, lanciare una canoa o semplicemente riposare sugli scogli, rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Una grande varietà di fauna selvatica può essere individuata dal cottage tra cui delfini tursiopi, anitre di edredone, foche del porto e scoiattoli rossi. Nelle vicinanze, i magnifici giardini boschivi del Benmore Botanic Gardens meritano sicuramente una visita. La città di Dunoon è facilmente raggiungibile e ha una buona selezione di negozi, pub e ristoranti. Fai una crociera a vapore ed esplora le colline e i laghi della penisola di Cowal. Negozio, pub e ristorante 4 miglia.

Another lovely Christmas spent at the Heron. The cottage could do with a bit of a revamp, but despite this, a very comfy well equipped cottage. Very peaceful location with lovely view over Loch Long. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the generous Christmas hamper.

Absolutely loved our week away at the Heron and hope to return again at some point in the not too distant future. A good friend of mine recommended it and reading the reviews, you can see why people return again. It is a comfortable, spotless and well equipped home from home and the scenery from the cottage is incredible. We all felt totally relaxed and could easily have stayed a further week. On the back of our stay, another good friend has booked the cottage as well. Thoroughly recommend this lovely cottage in such beautiful surroundings. The Heron is a great cottage views and location, the nearest shop was a garage near Dunoon a few miles away but they had all we needed. Looking out over the Loch in the morning with a brew couldnt beat it.We went for weeks sea fishing but the fishing was poor, price for a week was a little steep but the views in the surrounding area are priceless.

The location of The Heron couldn't be any better as it's right on the Loch. Shame about the weather but that can't be helped. Our holiday was relaxing. The view from the windows are spectacular. The binoculars and telescope are much appreciated. The dogs loved being in the water every day! The garden is safe for them. All surrounding areas are very dog friendly and we found all the people we met very friendly. Would love to stay there again. 😊🐾👍

Our 2nd visit to this wonderful cottage . It is clean comfortable and privilege to stay there. the Loch is great to sit and watch . We saw dolphins seals and otters the variety of birds is second to none . the local Pub The Ardentinny is in a great location over looking the loch the food is fantastic and good value . The best thing about this cottage you can do as much or as little you like . We have all ready booked again for next year

4th visit to the Heron and we really do love the cottage and the area. Over the years improvements have been made new electric heaters, soft furnishings etc but this time I have to be honest the internal paintwork throughout was looking very tired otherwise it’s fantastic.
