He did not respond to messages and an email and failed to pick up the phone. Finally, VRBO had to refund my money on the day and I had to find alternative accommodation.”

“The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. “We had a great time. Clean, tidy and plenty of space for 4 people. Only feedback I would give is there was no pillows left for those sleeping on the sore bed. Also the blinds do not provide any darkness so from 4am it was bright daylight with sun streaming in. This affected our quality of sleep but we made it work. ”
