“We came for a family event and ended with a medical emergency. The staff was so helpful and gave great directions to the ER. They also us to check out 30 minutes later and had a room reserved if we needed to stay another night.”

“They were remodeling the hotel. The room was clean but when we went down to breakfast the tables were dirty (needed to be wiped down and we were at breakfast at 6:15AM). Eggs were a little burnt however, they came in with new eggs at 6:45 otherwise breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant but never saw the person that was suppose to fix the phone and instructions regarding the TV. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but looked like they were clean and ready to use.
