Great spot
My son and I stayed here this summer and it was perfect for our visit. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and the view and location were great. Terry was a very helpful and attentive host. We would love to come back again in the future.

Great place!
Terry is super responsive. The place was great - very clean, kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable, wonderful view on the sunny deck.

Room with a view
This is a very nice studio/efficiency unit with a breath-taking view of the mountains from the balcony. The unit also offers a short walk to the slopes. Terry is a wonderful host and very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental

Great Property
The view is extraordinary! The property manager was very attentive and very welcoming. One of the best places we've stayed at. All appliances are upgraded and comfy bed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great condo for Purgatory vacation!
Great location with lots of great hiking and biking steps away from the condo. Easy check in process with great communication by owner. Very clean and exactly as advertised. We will hopefully stay again soon!

Fantastic property
I had a great stay at the condo for a ski weekend. It was impeccably clean. The bed is comfortable, the views from the balcony are great. The kitchen had everything I needed and some. A ski locker downstairs was helpful. The building is quiet and has easy parking. The host communicated promptly and was kind and helpful. I would recommend this property and hope to come back and stay again.

Perfect for our needs!
The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too. We were very happy. FYI. It was a little warm when we were there the first week in August so we got a fan. The only window is the sliding door. Also be prepared to walk up two flights of stairs. They were only tough when we were carrying things and we are a lite older. We certainly recommend this condo for 2. We left every day to hike and fish. This was a great location.

It seems it's getting warmer up here, I saw you bought a fan and that's all I needed to let me know that I should have a fan other then the ceiling fan. I did go out and get a nice one right away. Great Location, Cozy Condo
We loved Terry's place from the moment we arrived. It's a corner unit which provides for extra space. The condo is well appointed, and roomy. Upgraded with a murphy bed and futon (very nice futon) for extra sleeping space. We are a family of 3 and it fit us well. We will be back! Thanks Terry

Terry was great, and beautiful studio!
Beautiful studio with gorgeous view . Terry was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great place for 2 , plus maybe 1 child. Skiing at purgatory was amazing, and accessible via a short walk. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Studio Condo
This is a studio that lives large. Great layout with a large kitchen. A deck with great views of the San Juan Mountains was a nice place to land after a busy day. A lovely place for a mountain retreat.

Great place for a romantic getaway!
The condo was the perfect size for our two person trip and was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was amazing with beautiful views from the balcony and a short walk to the lift and Purgy’s. We will definitely book this property again during ski season. Very nice and updated. Very much appreciated when using the condo as your home away from home.
