If you call and let us know then we have staff on hand to bring up replacements for items, so I'm not sure why anyone would have argued with you about the coffee pot. We also had our maintenance technician come out and repair the oven handle so thank you for bringing that to our attention. Again, I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with someone on our team about these items because that's definitely not our normal standards. We have a dedicated team just for these reasons! Sometimes wi-fi routers get reset by previous guests, etc. without our knowledge so if you have any issues always always call us for assistance. So glad you enjoyed this condo and your time in the Purgatory area :) The water heaters are located on the bottom floor of the building, so if there are a lot of occupied condos it can take a little bit. Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you were able to get in when realizing you turn the electronic lock knob. We try to be very specific about instructions on entering as we know guests often arrive late and tired :) No properties up north have air conditioning as it is plenty cool to open windows at night and close them during the day to keep the cool mountain air inside. If it's unusually warm we are happy to provide tower fans and most condos already have them in the closets.
