We had a great night. The place met our expectations. I gave a 4 out of 5 because the tv was glitchy. We like to wind down and watch tv when traveling. I would stay there again.

It had nothing to do with this property. There was a blizzard in Colorado and I was unable to get to my location, and therefore not able to stay at this hotel, nor obtain a refund from Expedia. I will not be using Expedia in the future to book my hotel reservations.

The Motel 8 was a pleasant surprise, one that undersold and over-delivered. Not fancy per se but clean and updated rooms were great. Our only point of feedback is they need to get their warm breakfast up and running.

My room was very clean, but the air-conditioner/heater is very noise, just a thin blanket, questionable people near the entrance in the back. Trash in front of the building (northside).

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Guest feedback is both a learning experience and teaching tool and it plays an important roll in our future growth. We apologize that your stay didn't meet your expectations. We have been replacing HVAC's as needed and we appreciate you letting us know yours was noisy. In the future please feel free to let us know of the situation while you are with us and we can either have maintenance address the issue or move you to a different room if you desire. We have quite a few contractors currently staying with us and to help ensure guest safety our team verifies people who are on premise but not in rooms on their rounds to ensure they are guests. In addition, during their rounds they are supposed to be picking up any trash they see. I will address it with them to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to meeting your expectations on your next stay with us.

I came from Florida during one of the snowiest times so it was an adjustment but the staff here were overly accommodating and nice. My heater worked great, they answered any questions I had, and even helped me get my truck out of snow and most importantly they loved my dog. I will be staying here any time I’m in town!

Fridge made a horrible noise as if the fan was hitting something, unplugged it. The face of the hvac unit fell off every time I touched a button. However, comfortable bed and pillows.

Your room is out of service until we are able to identify and fix the fridge noise and have Maintenance look at the heater's front grill. Third time staying
I like staying here but this time the first night had a herd of elephants staying in the room above mine ..and they were very active. Didn't get no rest . But the next night was quite so there was some joy. Breakfast was good and filling . Will stay again .

Hi Lynda, I am sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. I appreciate you took the time to let us know about your room. We Shampoo and deep clean rooms on a regular schedule and as needed and it looks like your room was on the list as due for a regular deep clean. We should have recognized upon our room inspection the room was due and put it out of service. Please let me know when you are in town next and I will give you a special rate and make sure we get you into a freshly deep cleaned room. Thank you again for your feedback, its very important to us as we use it as both a learning experience and teaching tool.

An older hotel but well kept. Clean and tidy. The guest service was always visible, kind and helpful if needed. Save space and close to the Silverton.
