“Slower than normal check in process. Check on staff member had to work the phone and check on guests. She was very good but could have used some help. We were given an ADA room which was not desirable.”

“I booked on advance to be ready since I was traveling with an Elderly person, when I got the reception, I was given a different room, they tried to accommodate me but it took them a long time after a different room tryouts finally got the one I've originally booked.
To top it off I had prepaid for my stay and when I was asked for my credit card they charged me once again! And now im disputing it.
Just awful experience.”

“Clean room. Friendly staff. Bathroom was dated but I think they are in the process of remodeling. I would stay there again. Great off leash dog park about 4 miles away ”
