Hotel all inclusive a Durazzo

“My stay at Sol Tropikal was overall good, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The food was nice and tasty, especially the beef, pasta and panna cotta. I enjoyed most of the meals, although sometimes the food was more warm than hot. It would be better if the chefs could make sure the food stays hot enough during serving. The rooms were neat, tidy and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything clean throughout my stay, and the balcony area was nice to...

“The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. It was disappointing that the spa was not open during our stay. While the staff were helpful, a more welcoming and friendly approach-such as smiling by some of the staff would have enhanced the whole experience.”

A four-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, wine with the meals, an open bar, and staff delivering service as if the hotel were fully booked. So much heart. Sicuramente positiva solamente alcune piccole migliorie soprattutto legate al servizio che forse necessiterebbe di un manager con esperienza in particolare nei servizi di ristorazione.
