“The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly — from the porter to the front desk, right through to the beautiful breakfast service. The waiters were attentive, and the ever-smiling chefs truly made the experience special. I was, however, a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom. The shower glass and walls need more attention. In areas with aluminum joints, I would suggest using a toothbrush to remove the black buildup. The rails could also be wiped down...

“Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. ”
