Appartamenti a Durham

“They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again”

“Exactly what we needed for our weekend in Durham. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Good location”

“This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student”

“Clean. Perfect for our needs. Bathtub was deep!! Nice neighborhood. Conveniently located.”

“Perfect place for a weekend get away”

“It.was.om close proximity to.DPAC!”

“Unfortunately, the bed slats were broken, which was mentioned by a previous renter but wasn’t addressed, hence my son had a terrible nights sleep. Clean the baseboards in the bathroom too… I could go on ….”

“The place was perfect for running the Durham Marathon. We were in walking distance to the American Tobacco Company (start of race).”

“Great location, walkable to downtown, 20 mins. Would have appreciated some coffee filters for making coffee but other than that a great rental!”

“Great space and great location!”

They are cockroaches everywhere The owner says that this is new to them. Absolutely a lie. They strategically have roach traps, hidden in places you wouldn’t think about looking. I am very disappointed about this stay and will definitely never ever stay there again. I feel like the property owner owes me...

“The accommodations were excellent!!!”

“Nice residential neighborhood. Property managers responded quickly, usually within minutes, to questions about the property.”

“The loft was very clean and in a great location. The instructions to get into the unit were very clear as well as communication with the property manager. Everything went very smoothly and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Durham. ”

“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not...
