“Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and close proximity to where I was visiting. Rates were great.”

“When we arrived we requested a room on the bottom floor as to pull up our car for ease. We were denied stating that all Expedia bookings are assigned to the 2nd and 3rd floor. When entering our room, it was immediately noted that the bedding was dirty and the room had a smell. The front desk attendant was reluctant to change our room, but obliged and moved us to the next room over. This room was tolerable, but sound travelled and hallways were very noisy. “Room was filthy thermostat was hanging off the wall., was eventually given a new room and what’s that room the TV kept freezing up, I cannot load the pictures in here, I have of the first room, that room was unacceptable. I should never have been given that room in the first place make sure you think the amount of dust that was on that lamp. How clean was the bed that I slept on?”
