“Was very disappointed to find the hot tub out of order and the 'heated' pool was not heated. The room itself was good, very clean. The balcony over the pool is cute”

“Good size room with a king size bed. Generally happy with the room but pillows were flat for me but my spouse was ok with them. The only thing I thought should be improved was the breakfast as eggs, bacon and toast were cold. One person was the chef , waiter, and check out person for several people. They should have more staff for breakfast.”

“The hotel is quite dated, and the room was damp with a noticeable musty smell. The AC and dehumidifier were very noisy, so we didn’t sleep well during our one-night stay. There were also no EV charging stations nearby, which was inconvenient for us.”

“Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
