Located in the peaceful, residential Newton Hall area just two miles north of Durham city centre, this home offers a quiet suburban feel with local shops and green spaces nearby, while excellent bus links, quick taxi access, and easy routes via the A167 make getting around the city simple whether you're walking, driving, or using public transport.



Getting Around:

Newton Drive / DH1 5BG is very convenient — there are regular 50, 62, and 64 buses nearby serving Newton Hall, the A167 provides easy road access, and you can reach Durham city centre by bus in about 13 minutes, by taxi in roughly 4 minutes, or even walk (around 2 miles / 37 minutes) if you prefer.



Other Things to Note:

We operate on a self check-in/out basis, allowing you to come and go freely once checked in.



Our guest support hours are from 7am to 12 midnight.



The key is in the lockbox just by the property door.
