Il nostro soggiorno tutto sommato è andato bene ma la camera è piuttosto scomoda (niente appendini o sedie dove appoggiare le cose). Il personale non è stato capace di darci informazioni turistiche abbastanza basilari (quindi ci siamo arrangiati da soli) e la colazione del secondo giorno, non a buffet, era un po' deludente.

Trots att det precis hade städats var alla handdukar smutsiga, bubbelpoolen, lakanet och golvet också smutsigt. Servicen i receptionen var ok. Lite svårt med engelskan så all information gick inte fram. I restaurangen var det mer intressant att kolla fotboll än att hjälpa kunder

De i resepsjonen virket uinteressert og bare noen kunne engelsk. Vi var 3 stk på rommet, men fikk bare 2 solsenger. Overfylt og bråkete strand. Frokosten var ok, men vi ble dårlige i magen av den. Sengene var greie, men badet var skittent og dusjen var løs. Det var heller ingen dører eller forheng så hele badet ble vått etter en dusj.

Stedet ligger bra til på stranden, men langt unna Dürres sentrum, så anbefaler taxi hvis man skal dit. Skuffende renhold på hotellet, vi måtte spørre etter håndklær og toalettpapir da det ikke var lagt frem. Etter første natt og housekeeping trodde vi det var rene håndklær, men de gamle var bare brettet og lagt tilfeldig tilbake, så vi visste ikke hvilket håndkle som var hvem sitt. Badet hadde muggflekker.

A mixed experience
Albanian service generally was difficult to get the hang of. Oftentimes, the people working the reception seemed very confused, and were watching videos on their phones or taking private calls while servicing you. Same goes for the waiters at the breakfast buffet, who seemed very indifferent and didn’t bother coming down to take our drink order; oftentimes, we would wait almost an hour for our morning coffee… The cleaning staff were super friendly, but forgot to bring new towels every day. The hotel room itself seemed strange; there was no shower curtain, so the entire bathroom seemed to be inflicted with fungus from being flooded with water. Also, the “beds” (one of which was a fold-out-chair) were very uncomfortable! And the breakfast buffet was almost inedible. I think the hotel has some things to work on, but the intention seemed good - and their location was spot on!

Very poor customer service
Arrived at the hotel to be told there was a power cut. We waited 4 hours without air-con, lights or running water. Eventually decided to book a hotel in another city & as we left hotel the power came back on. We were refused any sort of refund, even partial. Disappointed as hotel couldnt provide the service they advertised yet no hint of any compensation

Flott beliggenhet. Lekeapparater rett utenfor, samt lekerom som gjør det attraktivt med barn👍 Enkelte av serveringspersonalet i restauranten kan med fordel være mer service innstilt og være mer fokusert på kundene enn hverandre. Renholderne gjorde en god jobb både med service og renhold👍

Alt kostet ekstra. Kun 1 kaffekopp til frokost. Vann til frokost måtte man også betale for. Solsenger skulle være gratis, men på de første radene måtte man betale. Måtte sjekke ut kl 11. Ble da forvist fra stranda, hvis ikke vi betalte ekstra. Badet var veldig lite og alt ble kliss vått når man dusjet. Kommer IKKE til å besøke dette hotellet igjen

Front desk and restaurant people were great and helpful. The beach section look sooo sad in the off season. Didn't know about the small playground on the beach in front of the hotel. Only one for miles (can get noisy). Room were nice and clean. Putting two single mattresses together doesn't make it anything else than 2 single beds. Stop selling that stuff as a double/queen or king bed. Parking and wi-fi were good.

Great hotel close to the beach
Excellent service and perfect location close to the beach. The restaurant offered a lot of nice dishes and the breakfast was amazing. Try to book a rom with balcony with a sea view. It is excellent.

Wir haben die Unterkunft notgedrungen sehr kurzfristig gebucht, weil wir spontan unsere Reise umstellen mussten.. es war okay. Es war gut einen Parkplatz, eine warme Dusche und ein Bett zu haben. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, wurde am Platz serviert und war lecker. Die direkte Strandlage ist natürlich ein Pluspunkt, den wir jedoch nicht ausgekostet haben. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Zimmer lassen zu wünschen übrig. Sehr rustikal eingerichtet, beschädigte Schränke und nicht sehr sauber. Haare auf dem Boden und am Kissen. Flecken auf dem Bettlaken und den Handtüchern. Außerdem waren am Wasserhahn noch Putzmittelspuren zu sehen, was nicht sehr ansehnlich war. Mehr Nächte hätte ich mich nicht wohlfühlen können.

Hotellet var fint, men man kunne se at tingene ikke blev vedligeholdt, brusestænger og lamper “hang” ud af væggen. Det er et strand hotel, super lækker sandstrand og badestole. Dog en del støj fra deres “hygge” muzak højtalere (musiksmag er jo forskellig), men det var meget højt… Det var fint til prisen. Hovedgaden var en turist gade, med cafer og gøgl til ungerne - jeg var glad for, at vi var der i september, så det ikke var helt fyldt.

Rent och fräscht. Fick fick säga till om handdukar och lakan efter varje städning då städarna inte verkade ha koll på att vi var tre i rummet och inte två. Inga krokar eller galgar varken i rummet eller badrummet. Inget draperi eller dörrar vid duschen.

Nice beach hotel, but no toilet paper?
We had a brief stay at Hotel Alion in July. The drinks were very good and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that there was no toilet paper in the rooms!!

I booked 2 separated nights so I experienced two completely different room The first night I was offered a Seaview room but the room is very used and dirty. I am quite disspointed but with this price I do not complaint The second book is another room on higher floors. The room is so new and clean. No complaints at all Overall the hotel is very good decorated, in the hallway, lobby and restaurant. Just the room from the first night was a problem Breakfast is amazing. With the seaview and a lot of variety and big portion.
