Our wonderful one-bedroom apartment is quiet yet centrally located, with a sweeping view of the beautiful garden. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Messe Düsseldorf and the Merkur Spiel Arena, and the subway takes only 8 minutes to reach downtown. A special highlight is Nordpark, just a few meters away, which is perfect for lovely walks and a visit to a café

The furnishings were completely renovated in November 2024.
The apartment offers a beautiful view of the garden, where you’ll sleep particularly soundly.
And yet it’s very centrally located. By train, you can reach the city in just a few minutes; it’s a 10-minute walk to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair (or just 5 minutes by train) and to the Arena.
The subway station is just a few meters from the building, with trains arriving every few minutes.

The apartment features a double bed (180x200) and a pull-out sleeper sofa that measures 140x200 cm and sleeps two additional people.
The double bed can be separated into two single beds if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and stovetop are provided. Thanks to the high quality of the tap water and the included SodaStream, you’ll have an endless supply of sparkling water.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower and a hair dryer.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, several upscale restaurants, and snack bars for a quick bite.
Nordpark, with its Japanese garden, is right outside the door and, with its beautiful cherry blossoms and attractions, invites you to take a stroll or visit the new restaurant.
The Aquazoo is also just a 5-minute walk away.
Additional important information
A €3 per person/night accommodation tax is payable to the City of Düsseldorf.
You can pay this in cash at the accommodation or via bank transfer.
