“I picked this hotel in order to go swimming, but the pool was beyond disgusting. My son didn't even want to get in due to all the stuff floating around in it. The shower had hair in it. The pipes were ridiculously loud while showering. The elevator and hallway carpet were gross. It is close to the airpoet, but be mindful that the shuttle isn't 24 hours. I won't ever stay at a Best Western again after this stay. ”

We chose this hotel for the pool as we were traveling with our kids and when we got there the pool was closed - despite being advertised as open on their website. “The bed was very comfortable. The light bulb fell out of the lamp when I went to turn it on, the outlets did not charge our devices. The coffee machine in the room ran over the cup. Made an absolute mess. Called front desk to get something to mop it up. I didn’t want to use the nice white towels. Waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up. I used the towels. Checked out next morning.”
