Perfect location, right in the heart of the town of Dutch John, where the best fly fishing in the world is 5 minutes away! Great for a guys trip, large screen TV, leather recliners, BBQ out back. House has 4 beds total, with 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 with 3 King beds and 1 Queen. The home has a full kitchen with a large living room that has auto recliner leather seating. There is plenty of parking on the property if bringing toys or a boat, and large back patio area to relax and bbq.

Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The house smelled of dog and or cat pee the entire time we were there. Area rugs in the living room and entry way had multiple stains on them from dogs or cats peeing on them. The area under the rugs has never been cleaned. One of the beds had what appeared to be pee stains on it. Dishes in the cabinet that were suppose to be clean had dry food on them. Pans were dirty. The floor in front of the master bathroom sink was sticky. The BBQ hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.

Great place and very comfortable for a family trip to Flaming Gorge. The reclining couch was awesome! Comfortable beds with a TV in every room. Lovely backyard with plenty of seating and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us Wesley!

Truely a hidden gem of a rental. House was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, with quality cooking instruments and appliances. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming! I cannot overstate how nice it was to stay at this property.

Spacious with all yhe amenities you need

Great location near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and within walking distance of the fireworks. There is ample space in the kitchen for cooking. The firetable under the gazebo was wonderful on sunny and rainy days.

Fly fishing the green escape

Great property. Big, comfortable, beds. Great TV and sound system and a good kitchen with all the necessaries. Close to all Green river access points and guide services, 5 minutes. Would highly recomend

Disappointing

We were disappointed in several aspects of this property but especially cleanliness. Although overall it was not bad, when we checked in we found leftover coffee in the coffee pot, a long string of a cobweb covered in dust hanging from the master bathroom overhead light, and the patio—which we had looked forward to enjoying after each long day of fishing—needs a lot of attention! Both grills were so filthy we couldn’t use them plus the THREE gas tanks (none connected to the grills) were almost empty, there was a can of cigarette butts and trash under one of the sofas, and much of the furniture is covered in bird droppings. There were other disappointments in addition so we cancelled the second reservation we had made for this summer.
