“Great location, it is the perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. It has all you need for your stay, parking for 3 vehicles, spacious new patio, modern decor and the list goes on… I’ve Stayed here twice now and it does not disappoint. Osman is great to communicate with, his place is new, clean and modern. I can’t wait to return. 5 stars!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grey Cottage! The premises are spotless, very welcoming, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed and then some! The bed we slept in was so comfortable and the bed linens provided were lovely! The location is ideal, close enough to a grocery store (if needed) and a very short drive to the beach. “We had a great time during our stay. The beautifully decorated house feels like a real home and is well maintained. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The pool was a big hit, especially for the kids and the lake is only a short drive away for some fun at the beach. Cassandra is a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was great--shiny and new, bright and clean. I was personally glad to have a bedroom on the main floor, since it's getting harder to do stairs, lol. The only complaint might be that there isn't really a dining room, but we made space to have the folding table and chairs up the whole weekend, because us old ladies like to sit around it at night, lol. It was tight, but we made do. Otherwise, great house!”

“Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town. Would definitely stay again!”

“Property has great opportunity. Over all we had a great time with many laughs. Wish the maitnence people had done their work a few days before our arrival. Disappointed the pool was still under wraps and the grass field was only partially cut due to a broken down lawn tractor. They were very friendly and kind. Fishing is terrific. Try to prepare before the arrival of your guests, not on the day of their arrival. Ovearll.... would try and come back again for next reunion. Thank you for having us”

“Overall a great VRBO stay. House was very clean and true to its pictures online. There were beds for 8 but couches in Ping pong room and in living room. No face cloths but towels and hand towels were sufficient. Lawn was maintained while we were there. If we could make a recommendation to build a deck off the patio doors and supply a bar-b-que - that would have been a great addition to our stay. But overall a great experience.”
