“The room was nice but advertised as a spa room yet no spa which was very disappointing as I paid extra to have this facility. Otherwise the Room was still nice but have to be extremely careful as extremely slippery tiles throughout. Bathroom also same. It was also raining when we stayed so it was slippery bringing baggage in and it also. Staff are extremely rude”

“We haven’t stayed at a stayz property before and after this occasion we will never booked with stayz again. The house was old, the bathrooms mouldy.
