“After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice.
When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted.

“Staff was very helpful and it’s animal friendly! My family loved the idea that daily breakfast and there was a daily kick-back(free finger foods and three alcoholic drinks, plus soft drinks for the kids)? Wherever I travel, I will look for a Drury Inn hotel!”
