“Room had a musty unpleasant smell.”

“The room and its contents were very old and need of updating. The hotel door had only a non-functioning deadbolt lock and a door handle lock, which is not very secure. The AC remote did not work and the room was very hot and took the better part of an hour to cool off so we could sleep. The worst part of it though is that the cost of the room for one night was $460 for a room that realistically should have been no more that $100/night. “Wasn't as clean as I would have expected in a Holiday inn Express I don't think it was necessarily dirty I just think it's an old building there were stains in the shower and the carpets marked the cleanest especially in the hallways The Staff was very helpful and friendly The breakfast selection was amazing I would let people know that there's really nothing open in the town after 9:00 I arrived late I wasn't able to shop for any dinner or groceries or anything”
