“We had a great stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Monticello, Iowa. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice way to start the morning before getting back on the road. One thing to note for future guests is that the hotel has only two floors...

“I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there. Lors de mes échanges sur le tchat, la personne en charge a fait preuve de beaucoup de sarcasme et n'a apporté aucune compréhension réelle à ma déception. Ensuite, la décoration de la chambre est en décalage par rapport à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, qui est très beau, mais surtout, la propreté de la chambre était OK mais...
