    At the end of a scenic 1/4-mile lane, discover a beautifully remodeled barn house nestled on over 100 acres of woods, serene ponds, and breathtaking prairie. With sleeping accommodations for 22 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for teams, large families, or group getaways.

The place was perfect as expected. Hiking trails, and huge patio made for a great evening to spend with our family and ball team. I would recommend this property to any of my friends traveling out to Dyersville as it is in the middle of everything. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.We will being staying here again when we come out to watch the MLB play at the Field of Dreams.

Great location. Many additional outdoor features you don’t commonly see. Host was very helpful before, during and after. Accommodations were excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at Timberside! Everything thing was clean, check-in was a breeze and everything was as pictured. There are extras included such as shampoo and conditioner, yard games and a fresh loaf of zucchini bread! John was very responsive and the location was perfect. It’s just a couple of minutes from town but you wouldn’t know it once you are there. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend.

Perfect location for anyone in town for a Field of Dreams baseball tournament! We were within 2 miles of the field locations for the tournament and a roughly 12-15 minute drive to the movie site. The house itself was perfect for a team's headquarters. We had the entire team and three chaperones stay in the house to keep an eye on things. The property had plenty of space for the boys to rest and relax to prepare for the games, as well as plenty of options for a whiffle ball game, basketball or throwing a football around. The kitchen is well appointed and large enough to get meals out for a team. The highlight of the space is the outdoor patio, where there is plenty of room for the parents to come and hang out during off times and to have a bite to eat. The communication from the host was second to none and any request were promptly addressed.
