My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night.

Our shepherd hut in Pinewood was spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. Staff were always on hand if needed and really helpful at checkin (the process for checking in and out was seamless). Beach View - Kingsdown Holiday Park
This was a beautiful spot for a few days away as a family of four. The accommodation was ideal, with all the comforts needed for a relaxed break. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea & beyond. We loved our 3 days here and cannot wait to come back again soon
