“Scarsa pulizia sia degli ambienti comuni che in stanza. Sulle porte è scritto che è in fase di rinnovamento. Potevano comunicarlo anche prima. ”

“The hotel was clean but the pool was not available. It had a sign that it was temporarily closed and would be open in a couple of hours, but it was never open and the sign stayed on the door during our entire stay. The breakfast was not very good either. Very limited options. It was, however, a nice quiet hotel.”

“The curtains were yellowed and torn in our room. We did not receive clean towels when we called and requested them. The pool was smaller than some hot tubs. Very disappointing as the weather was very hot and humid. I would never stay at this hotel again.”

“Staff was extremely polite and healthful despite not having any water fountains or water coolers available on the premises hence the four-star review everything else was okay. It also sucked that they didn't have in-room hot tubs like they promoted online”

“This hotel deserves a negative rating. Stay at one of the other hotels nearby! 1. I booked through Expedia. It was a Sunday through Saturday for my daughter to work in OKC that week. I made a mistake and booked the wrong week. I called and asked them to switch weeks. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed. Expedia and I both explained and they still refused and charged me for 2 weeks. So if you make...

“For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”
