“The Holiday Inn Express is a quality and value combination. The rooms are nice , the facilities are well kept, the amenities are well equipped, and the breakfast offers multiple options.”

“The room was clean, but we had an issue with the toilet fixture. It had a loud ringing noise from time to time. Possibly it was a pressure valve noise. I reported it when we checked out.”

“There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub/shower had mold in the grout/caulk. The doorframe in the bathroom was rusted and water leaked everywhere. The showerhead didn't work properly so we have to adjust multiple times to get the correct water pressure to get clean. The room lacked lighting in the extended area where the couch was and the thermostat for the AC didn't work. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but I wouldn't go back. ”

“Air conditioning didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and was extremely dirty, microwave was dirty, shower curtain and one of the bed covers had mystery stains, and the front door was very hard to open and close. However the lobby workers were extremely nice and made the process easier also let me have my dog even though they had a policy change however the room keeper lady was rude. ”

“This is has been our go to hotel for the past 4 years due to visiting our college students. No complaints and we brought my mom and she too was pleasantly surprised for the affordability and location. We will be there again in August to help move in another. Thank you for a pleasant experience every time.”

“This is an older property and it was okay more attention to cleaning details is needed and definitely needs painting and better upkeep of bathroom facilities in rooms. Noise level of people above us was really bad. Evening upkeep of pool area was awful. Lots of standing water on floor between pool and elevator, towels all over the floor at the entrance to the pool area. Why??”

“A/C would not stay on Room was mostly clean.... Beds are horrible, hand towls for bath towls and completely worn out.”

“Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.”
