“Rooms were clean and big, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the free breakfast - it is free so you can’t expect much, but the meats were pretty bad and there’s no place to warm up the food, also waffles are malt flavored and way too thin. Overall I would stay there again and just have breakfast out.”

“We loved the room, staff, location, and hotel. Our only complaints were: - The breakfast was not good. They only had waffles, cereal, tasty potatoes with peppers, gravy, very small apples, dry biscuits (no butter or jelly), no eggs, and the little muffins were so hard/stiff I couldn't bite into them. - There were no dog bags and doo doo all over the grassy parts. - The sidewalk around the back of the hotel had all kinds of debris, broken glass, etc. as if homeless were living there. “Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)...”

“Side door wouldn’t open from the outside, so we had to walk from one side of the building to the complete other side where our room was. Then we find out no elevator, so had to haul our 4 small kids plus luggage up & down stairs. Went to put stuff in the fridge, but it wouldn’t cool down. Told front desk & she was going to have me carry one from another room, but checked that one & it didn’t work either, so I said forget it. Went to get pillows & blanket for the pullout couch, but she only had...

“The desk clerk, Jessica, was amazing! My husband wasn’t feeling well, so I requested early check in. She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person! ”
