“Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great.”

“They had clean rooms and the staff was very friendly. The parking is the problem. There is a crumbling parking lot, that they know of and no one is allowed to park there. Understandable, but it would be helpful to let people know that you cant pull up to the building and park. This is not accessible for handicap people. Just recommend they let people know that when they book there is a problem with there parking lot, which we all would understand, just let people know that there is an issue and...

“I usually don't leave five stars for a three star hotel, but this one absolutely deserves it! It's only been open a few years and I hope that whoever owns this Hotel, corporation, or otherwise, maintains the high-level of cleanliness and aesthetic perfection that my husband and I experienced this past week. “We stayed here because it was in the 90’s and our A/C was out. It couldn’t be fixed for 2 days. Their free dinner and 3 alcohol beverages per adult per day was such an unexpectedly nice feature, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. My toddler loved the pool and us adults enjoyed the hot tub. The room was very comfortable with a little fridge and microwave. Breakfast was better than most hotels too! Would 100% stay here again!”
